Delete your SplitSync account

In the app

1. Open SplitSync (phone app or the web app) and sign in.
2. Settle up in every group, so nobody owes you and you owe nobody.
3. Go to Account → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

What gets deleted

You leave every group, and your name, email address, payment details, notification settings and sign-in account are deleted. Expenses, repayments, comments and receipt photos you were part of stay, shown as "Deleted user", so the other members' balances still add up. This can't be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email support@splitsyncapp.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
